A Yamaha baby grand (if that is the right term), snapped in the mezzanine area of the Archduke restaurant near Waterloo station. A place which I believe once used to do jazz in the evenings, not that we ever partook.
By the time we left, it was being played by an older pianist, in formal dress, with a playlist on a scrap of paper and with the scores on a small iPad (if that is the right term). Nothing that we recognised, and as he had only just started, I did not like to butt in with suggestions.
