Humming away, so clearly up to something. Note what I take to be the earth bonds stuck into the front lawn. One can only presume that the people from UK Power Networks wanted to be very sure that they had a good earth. Or are they actually earthing four circuits, all being carried to the front lawn, by a single multi-core cable under the orange cover.
PS: my first thought, three earths for three phases, collapsed when I counted the four earth poles.
