Bricks not trolleys

Bricks have replaced trolleys for the moment, with the target being to move 48 a day, 32 in the morning followed by 16 in the afternoon. With each brick being the equivalent of around 133 yards - although it seems to take a lot longer to walk these yards than to walk the same number of yards in the streets. Perhaps all the extra twisting and turning makes the difference. Perhaps something over three and a half miles a day in total, a good deal less than I aim for in the streets.

Learning from my experience with trolleys, where I did not think of a spreadsheet until it was rather too late, I have already opened a brick sheet in the bread workbook.

And I have been pleased to find that the pivot table has no problem with there being often being more than one row for any one day. On the other hand, there is a problem with the 48 brick target; indeed, the trend, if anything, seems to be down. Time will tell.

PS: today's last session with the bricks was marked by a crow having a go at a heron flying overhead. An omen?
