Taking a quick look at the news according to Microsoft this morning, I noticed a piece in which our leader, Mr Johnson, appeared to be boasting that he could do whatever he wanted, without paying any attention to what Parliament might have to say about it. Whatever sort of a country are we turning into?
More optimistically, one can think of the grisly end of Charles I when he tried to take this sort of line.
