We had been there before, but today was under the watchful eye of an impromptu caterpillar, fashioned from a fruit container from Sainsbury's.
There was also the diversion of gently pushing the marbles over the edge to see what would happen.
All of which was followed by the serenade for bugle and thumb drum for three hands, arranged by Sir P. Leger.
PS: as it happens, Peppa Pig, visible on the pink dress, made an appearance in the Private Eye mentioned at reference 3. Or at least her father did, armed to the teeth.
