Fake 81

Not sure if we have had this particular sort of fakery before: a bricked up window in a new build house, visually alluding to the sturdy endeavours of the upper classes to avoid the window tax in years gone by. Or as our friends over the water might put it: 'Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose'. Cunningly snapped from outside the all-enclosing and securely locked fence.

A house in the rather curiously named Horton Heights development, noticed at reference 1 and due to be noticed again shortly.

For now, just a couple of observations. First, the similarly named and nearby Horton Hill has a very interesting reputation. Second, how is it that this relatively small development is still not finished, having been on the go for at least three years?
