Polly was getting bossy in the last episode (reference 1) and she is carrying on in the same way in this one - as yesterday (that is to say Sunday, dateline notwithstanding) she got it into her head that Grandpa was drinking to much and that she ought to do something about it.
But, having somehow clambered up the bottle and done the clever jump needed to make the position illustrate above, she was so pleased with herself that she didn't notice that the bottle was already empty and that Grandpa had moved on.
Pedro, Yuri and Baby Bear kept out of the way: they didn't want to get involved in a silly demonstration of this sort. Although Baby Bear was involved to the extent that, if you click to enlarge, his ears can be seen poking up behind Polly's left foot.
