Unusual feature

Our hotel room in Bognor Regis comes with an unusual feature, that is a private smoking den, complete with table, chairs and inverted flower pot.

A pity that I do not presently smoke, as otherwise I could sit in splendid isolation puffing away on some splendid cigar, while sipping some of the hotel's Sauvignon Blanc.

Would the lady who does the room then be entitled to decline to empty the flower pot on the grounds that such emptying would be a danger to her health?
