Cortana improving

Earlier today, I had occasion to complain at reference 1 about Cortana's performance on windmills. So today we moved a few miles closer, that is to say to Climping beach, a little to the east of Bognor Regis.

The view towards the east from the top of the bank between the car park and the beach. Windmills loud and clear to the naked eye; just about visible full screen on this laptop.

Zooming into the horizon on the laptop, windmills not loud and clear, but certainly present. Much better than smudges. Although zooming any more (the blue bar at the top) does not improve things: this is about as good as it gets.

But whether this improvement is to do with changed weather condition or with the fact that we were maybe 5 out of 15 miles nearer to said windmills we shall probably never know.
