Third report

Fifth thought was to get the hose off the patio so that I can shut the sliding door. Roll up the other end so that I can shut the folding door, behind the telephone.

Sixth thought was to arrange the bricks in a more artistic fashion.

As at 1300, we seemed to have things under control, although the sky is looking a bit threatening and more rain is forecast.

PS: did the stream flood down Longmead Road? The stream running along the bottom of the houses opposite is full enough of Epsom Common water, and it is not far from there to Longmead Road.
