Convolvulus

There are some fine convolvulus flowers showing in the lane going up behind out cottage, one of the many lanes on the island which started out as cart tracks, then upgraded to minor road and are now downgrading to footpaths.

But the flowers don't snap very well, at least not on my telephone. Perhaps the sort of thing that a painter can do a better job at, with Georgia O'Keeffe of reference 1 coming to mind.
