PS: I have now inspected the damaged trolley, the one noticed along with the 184 series, and the left hand side of the handlebar is badly bent, 6mm steel bar notwithstanding. Must have taken a fair wallop, maybe crashing it face down onto the ground? M&S don't have a back yard so I can't put it there. Maybe I should take it home and bend it back to shape there?
