Reject

Found in a private car park to the left of East Street as one walks towards Kiln Lane.

Rejected, not on account of the litter which was clean and which would have been easy enough to remove, but because of the hefty dent in the front of the basket. I decided that Sainsbury's would not want it back and that the owners of the car park could deal with it instead.
