Trolley 304

A couple more Waitrose trolleys from the Ashmore passage. For a change, one of each of the two sizes used by this Waitrose - and less awkward to walk together than one might have thought.

£1 invested to untie them for walking; £1 returned on return to the Waitrose stacks in the Ashley Centre.

Nearly run down by a Stamford Green cyclist turning left on the pavement coming out of Manor Green Road onto West Hill. But his mum smiled nicely and, to be fair, not many people walk on that bit of pavement, so I did not think it necessary to point out the (expensive) cycle path on the other side of West Hill. While a Glynn cyclist in Manor Green Road did not think it cool to wear his helmet. He had one, presumably Glynn insist, but once out of sight of the school, hung it from his handlebars. Can't really complain about him either, as I did not start wearing a helmet until I was around 65 - so he has a few years to go yet. Provided, of course, he does not get his head bashed in.
