Near completion of heritage wall

The new heritage wall around the Zestan flats at Court Rec. has come on a long way since I last noticed it at the end of April at reference 1.

No idea why the curved wall, top right, is so stained. Presumably it has been painted, but it does not bode well to have gone off so fast.

As to the wall, we will see how it settles down, but I remain to be convinced that it would not have been better to have a new wall which was more in keeping with the new flats. In which connection, one wonders how a new wall might have coped with the awkward slope? And new flats which have more than a touch of the early twentieth century about them; new flats which might turn up in some future adaptation of Poirot?
