With the main point of interest being the oddly abstract representation of a creation myth by a eighteenth century Indian painter, part of the artistic renaissance which came with the decline of the Mughal empire. Odd given the rather florid, naturalistic works I usually associate with Indian myths. And with a second point of interest being the various renderings turned up by Bing, of which the fourth might just be a photoshopped version of the first, or vice-versa. While the second egg reminds me of a honeydew melon, which may or may not be grown in India. And rotation suggests that it may be derived from a cropped version of the first egg.
I have not yet found out which is the real thing, or indeed where the real thing is to be found.
