Sugar fix consumed

We broke into the Dundee cake, noticed for the second time at reference 1, on return from Yaverland beach today. Moist, with an excellent flavour.

The crumb was crumbly and the first two slices did not get to their plates in one piece, but I expect that that will get better as the cake gets smaller, older and drier.

About one fifth consumed in the first pass.
