A sixteen page special report about China from the Epoch Times found its way through our letter box at some point yesterday. Sixteen pages about China in general and the Chinese Communist Party in particular being a massive threat to the rest of the world.
According to Wikipedia, an organ of the far right, so backers of Trump, founded in 2000 by some Chinese in the US and mixed up with the Falan Gong movement. Since its foundation it has been strangely successful, although the source of what must be considerable funding is uncertain. No advertisements in the present report, apart from a couple for the Epoch people themselves.
A great shame that the Chinese government creates a niche for organs of this sort by its repression of minorities (and others) at home and its increasingly aggressive stance abroad. Maybe it would be well if we were not to become too dependant on their manufactures, good and cheap though they may be.
While this report has been deemed unreliable and is now up for recycling.

Reference 3: 中国共产党新闻网首页 (people.com.cn). According to BT, my broadband provider, a possibly dangerous website. But listed by Wikipedia as the web site of the Communist Party of China. Translation seems to work quite well - at least until I got interrupted by BT. The source of the snap above.
