Handy advice to their older residents from the web site for Holne, a place we stay at from time to time, on the eastern edge of Dartmoor. They also run to a thriving community shop and tea room - being far too provincially English to have cafés. A place which is well  known for its cuckoos, now rare here in Epsom.
