This Wilko trolley was captured in what I think used to be where the Epsom indoor market used to be when we first moved to Epsom, around thirty years ago now.
Returned to find that it was the only one of its kind in the trolley stack. Also that Wilko, apart from having the miniature trolleys noticed at reference 1, also carry a lot of different sorts of trolley, relative to the total number of trolleys. Perhaps, as befits their cost cutting ethos, they are much slower than, say, Sainsbury's, to retire old or obsolete trolleys.
The open area where I captured the trolley was mainly a car park, presumably for senior employees of the shops it backed onto, but there were also a lot of drink containers, broken glass and capsules for soda siphons. At least that was what they looked like and there were a lot of them - for example, in and around the blue and white box at the foot of the wall, left.
Can you get some kind of a hit from them? Is that what punters do in comfort breaks from Boogie Lounge just outside? Boogie Lounge being a long established haunt for late night drinking and related activities.
Next stop Lloyd's the chemist, where pills and customers seemed to be backing up. Perhaps the virus panic combined with the new computerised fulfilment centre in west London - noticed at reference 3 - is proving too much for them.
