Trolley 414

Another special needs trolley from Sainsbury's, captured at the flats on East Street first noticed at reference 1. Returned to the special needs stacks next to Timpsons. Regular stack outside the main entrance empty. Some other items of interest follow.

There was still a queue at Lloyd's at around 1030, but I emerged with two month's supply of meds in around 10 minutes. Plus a rapidly forgotten supply of titbits about the medical affairs of various other customers. On a procedural note, Lloyd's have taken to asking you to write your surname down rather than telling them viva voce. Not sure whether this is intended as an aide memoire or as an aide oral hygiene.

There was still a Thames Water tanker, parked and pumping, at the start of East Street. Possibly into their seventh week now. And a bit further along, British Gas had erected traffic lights and were digging a fine hole in the road.

Came across a skip in West Street containing quite a lot of fresh, clean masonry rubble. Plenty of clean bricks for the taking. But I decided that it was too far too carry even one brick, even with the help of the sturdy shopping bag I happened to be carrying.

Stocked up with Bells at Costcutter against the possibility of old people being confined to quarters at some point. Got to have some home comforts.
