Not clear what the status of the notice right was, given that it is neither numbered nor dated. And not the sort of thing that BH would care to flaunt on any vehicle of hers: it would be scrubbed off as soon as she spotted it or anything like it. Perhaps the sort of thing that our own council will get around to in due course.
Slightly puzzled as to why the caravan is in Blenheim Road at all. The showman in question has, presumably, put all his fairground equipment somewhere for the winter, so why can't this caravan and its tractor unit go there? Does the showman own a house or flat somewhere on the Longmead side of Epsom? Does he not have an ordinary car in which he could drive back in, from wherever it is that the other equipment is parked?
