New year challenge

Found on the Ewell Village anticlockwise the day before yesterday, in the long grass at the side of the footpath at the bottom of Longmead Road - bottom in the sense of direction of flow of the stream.

A cursory perusal of the lock and of reference 1 suggests that I ought to be able to get hold of the combination, given the magic number - 0118 - at the bottom.

I also thought that maybe with a good quality microphone one could hear the number for each of the four combination wheels as one turned them, maybe do something tricky with spectral analysis on the PC, but that all seems rather a bother and an expense, so I will go with the website in the first instance.

Will I be able to get the combination and the lock open before the end of the month?

PS: did the lock get into the long grass when the shoplifter concerned realised that a bit of effort was required to get any value out of the thing?

Reference 1: https://www.kryptonitelock.com/en/home.html. This lock does appear here and it appears to be something called a KryptoLok Combo. A complication being that the combination is said to be resettable.
