Military bearing

I decided yesterday that I rather liked the new look of my duffel coast, advertised at reference 1. BH notwithstanding.

So this morning I was moved to try a selfie. I worked out how to get the camera to point in to me rather than out to the world, but I didn't work out how to press the button (as it were) without including one's pressing hand in the snap. Plus I clearly need one of those poles that tourists in London carry to get the camera angle right. Maybe a next birthday present?
