Castle Cruiser

Otherwise, Château de Cruzeau Blanc 2015, £15 worth of white wine from Waitrose. Bought by chance, but browsing among the Internet foodies suggests that it is entirely respectable, despite having a reconstituted, minced-cork cork, rather than a solid-cork cork.

Tasted really good last night, with the catch that it left us both slightly heady this morning, despite having taken on less than the bottle between us. So perhaps just as well that I did not follow my last thing last night impulse and do a dozen on click n'collect.
