A door contrived in the middle of some trompe l'oeil decoration. All paint job. Snapped in Kensington Palace and a fitting companion piece to the tapestry door snapped in Hampton Court Palace at reference 1.

Clearly the interior decorators used by the royals a few hundred years ago liked this sort of thing.
