I have three devices operating under the supervision of MS Windows, 365 variety. The telephone and the laptop know about British Summer Time (BST), but the desktop does not. And it won't let me change the time by hand unless I revert to manual clock setting, which seems a bit retrograde.
The only help I can find tells me that if I want BST on an MS telephone there is an app available, but that real computers do not recognise it at all. So Microsoft are up there with Ford, with our Ford car being one of the few devices in and around our house which does not do it. The others are all clocks with hands, although not so old as to be clockwork.
Both tiresome and puzzling.
