Blue period

In a blue period. Curiously, when it was suggested that blue custard might be the thing for dessert later that day, she was most indignant: nothing else would do but yellow custard.

The paint delivery system was a step up from a felt tip pen, with the felt replaced by a brush, which does not seem to clog when left, provided, I imagine, one remembers to put the lid back on. Rather good, and a lot cheaper than my black brush pen from Pentel of Japan, although it does not match the depth of colour delivered by this last. Oddly, you would be pushed to learn the Japan bit from reference 1, despite the brush pen being decorated with a very Japanese looking character.

I also associated to the rather different brush pens mentioned towards the end of the post at reference 3, although it took me a little while - a minute or so - to track it down to Honiton.
