When we visit Hampton Court Palace, we like to visit the Royal Cabbage Patch, so at the end of the visit just noticed we took a peek. The patch had been closed, with access denied by sturdy steel fences, but one could peek through and things did not look too good. Perhaps the patchers - as the cabbage growers are known - I think all volunteers - had been denied access too, despite the ample space there for socially distanced gardening.
But for some reason my (Microsoft) telephone decided that I wanted to snap the bars, rather than what was behind the bars. Not had any problem of this sort before, at least not that I can remember, happily snapping lots of things behind bars.
Still, Google wasn't perfect either, as he seems to have got his 'Kitchen Garden' sign in the wrong field.
