Planting out

Following the report at reference 1, five sunflowers have now been moved on to larger pots in the front room, where they seem to doing OK. 

Excluding these five, the count in the original bucket reached thirteen, of which one succumbed after I failed to get the seed case cleanly off the first pair of leaves. That is to say, a seed case did come off, but it seemed to leave another one behind, which I could not get off. 

More potting scheduled for this morning, after which most of the eligible window sills will be occupied. After which it will be time to start thinking about when they can go outside and where they are to go.
